1. Indian Society of Hypoxia & Mountain Medicine (ISHMM) services are available on payment of certain monies that are specified for each service chosen. These payments are collected in both online and offline mode.

2. If a client is not satisfied and decides to withdraw from any service or plan offered by ISHMM refund can be claimed. Each refund is subject to approval by ISHMM.

3. Refund requests must be made within SEVEN (07) days of payment (s) made. Refunds are admissible only when a service is not availed. Requests can be made by sending an email on the same email ID which was used to contact ISHMM for availing the impugned service.

4. No refunds will be made for un-availed services if the claim is not received within stipulated period of 07 days.

5. Once a refund request is accepted refund amount will be reverted to the customer’s account through the same method through which the original payment was made.

6. Refunds will be realized within 7 working days after a refund request has been approved by ISHMM.
